These Terms of Service govern your use of MeetLoop. By accessing or using MeetLoop, you agree to follow these terms and the platform's safety rules.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use MeetLoop. If you are under 18, you must not access or use the service.
2. Nature of the service
MeetLoop provides anonymous random text and video communication between users. Matches are generally made with other available users and MeetLoop does not guarantee who you will be connected with, how long another user will remain connected or that a match will always be available.
3. Acceptable use
You must use MeetLoop responsibly and must not use the service to harm, threaten, harass, exploit, deceive or unlawfully target another person.
4. Prohibited content and behavior
You must not use MeetLoop to distribute, display, request or promote illegal content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material, threats, serious harassment, hate-based abuse, violent exploitation, fraud, malware or other unlawful or harmful material.
You must not attempt to use the service to exploit minors. Any suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse may result in immediate restriction and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
5. Images, messages and other content
You are responsible for content that you send or upload through MeetLoop. You must have the legal right to share that content and must not violate the rights, privacy or intellectual property of another person.
6. Video and audio communication
Video and audio communication is provided for real-time conversations. You are responsible for what you show, say or disclose during a call. Other users may have the technical ability to capture or record what appears on their device.
7. Privacy
Use of MeetLoop is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how certain technical, session and communication information may be processed.
8. Safety
You should review the Safety Guidelines before using MeetLoop. Never assume that a stranger is who they claim to be and avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information.
9. Reports and moderation
MeetLoop may provide tools for reporting inappropriate or harmful behavior. Reports and relevant technical information may be reviewed for moderation, security and abuse prevention.
10. Suspension and restriction
MeetLoop may restrict, suspend or block access to the service when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate suspected abuse, maintain security or comply with legal obligations.

You must not attempt to bypass security measures, interfere with the operation of MeetLoop, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, automate abusive requests, attack the service or intentionally disrupt other users.

MeetLoop may be changed, interrupted, updated or temporarily unavailable without notice. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
13. Third-party interactions
MeetLoop does not control statements, promises, links, offers or other information provided by strangers. Any interaction or transaction with another user is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
14. Disclaimer
MeetLoop is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made regarding the identity, behavior, accuracy, reliability or intentions of other users.
15. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MeetLoop is not responsible for losses or harm resulting from another user's conduct, information voluntarily disclosed to strangers, external links or interactions occurring outside the service.
16. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Service may be updated as MeetLoop develops or as legal, security or operational requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
